The People's Liberation Army of China already cornered that space for
linux.  They have a closed-source binary distributed by a front
company that will migrate an NT/2000 box with all it's data, users,
shares etc to a linux box.

The scary part is the closed source binary.  I suspect they get root when
you run it.
