Solaris does not ship with Python. In fact, I don't know
of any Unix that ships with Python.
As a rule of thumb, you can use most programs installed
in /sbin, /bin, and /usr/ucb on a default Solaris install.
Note that Linux does not ship with a "real" sh. It ships
with a symlink to bash - which behaves very different.
