The fastest way to do it is add the route like Sach said below.

When Solaris boots it runs all the start scripts out of /etc/init.d .
So you could just run /etc/init.d/inetinit stop and then start.  This is
the script that looks for the defaultrouter file and all the other
'special' files in /etc.. like 'notrouter' and stuff.
