-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I saw on the reg that hushmail is now interoperating w/ PGP. Hushmail is a free webmail service that allows you to encrypt your email.
Previously, you could only send encrypted email to other hushmail users because they didn't use PGP, and you couldn't import/export keys. They have apparently switched to using OpenPGP now, and they have a site www.hushtools.com that allows you to upload/download your public PGP key so hushmail users can encrypt mail to you and vs/versa You can also upload your private key, so you can use the same one, tho that sounds a little frightening to me. Not i suppose that it matters to most of us that much since we use Pine and GPG through a shell. But cool nonetheless. I haven't tried it throughly, and it didn't seem to work too well from Netscape 4/Solaris, but if it is usable from 'doze, maybe i'll try to get my friends that use hotmail or yahoo to switch. http://www.hushmail.com http://www.hushtools.com - -Lkb -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.4 (OpenBSD) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE8F85j4HF/68S5aGgRAp7fAKCWghTLQcx+vRooU3J2TPnLOPDIKgCfcjA8 IJkCaCEQTQbtBWlRZSQySVQ= =EUx+ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Bits mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.sugoi.org/mailman/listinfo/bits
