I run a mailing list with a friend, and we recently got hit by a couple different viruses sent to the list, on two consequecutive days.
Besides really sucking for my friend who does the admin, I want to know what filter can be set up. I'm not sure how the not-subscribed email got through to the list, but we're in the process of moving the mailing list to a new box, and running postfix/mailman, which should hopefully solve most of the problems. I'm asking if people know of any appropriate spam/virus filters that I should install on that box as well.
