It's out, but I would recommend that you not switch over to it just yet. I've tried doing a clean install on a system twice now, and both times the default workstation installation has a broken implementation of Gnome. Not a good sign when their main window manager is hosed. Save yourself the hassle - stick to 7.2 until the bug fixes come along.
