Sorry for not having a meatier link.  Versions of bind 9 are vulnerable
to a malicious packet being able to shut down the service, requiring a
reboot to get things back in order.

Doesn't sound like it'd be as useful as a dos attack as it would be to get
an admin to reboot after malware which requires a reboot before
activation has been installed.  Such is a common tactic on 'doze.  In
other words, if you get one of these packets, run tripwire and pray.
