it's called a Virtual Host/Domain

throw something like this in your httpd.conf

NameVirtualHost 192.168.1.99

<VirtualHost 192.168.1.99>
DocumentRoot /www/htdocs/shutupyousuck.com
ServerName shutupyousuck.com
ServerAlias www.shutupyousuck.com
ServerAdmin [EMAIL PROTECTED]
CustomLog logs/access_log combined
</VirtualHost>

your apache configs should have examples at the bottom
of the default config file.
