Anecedotally, I loaded up the palm tg-ssh pqa on my hulking, snailslow kyocera 6035 'smartphone' a while ago and, after a few mods to my servers palm termcap libs, can actually log in and triage a server or two when absolutely neccessary...when it works, hilariously useful!

I just rediscovered this java ssh client. I had used it before, but i didn't realize that you can use it entirely in memory. So, if you're in an internet cafe, and you don't even have permissions to download putty, you can still use this client from inside your browser.
I haven't tested this part out, but it looks like it may even work through a proxy server.
