I don't know if anybody else here uses an ad filter, but I just dumped Junkbuster for privoxy, and it's totally sweet.
http://www.privoxy.org/ Based on the junkbuster codebase, so the configuration is similar, but more comprehensive. You can configure it directly through your browser, which is pretty sweet, and it's got a pretty cool little logging app that comes with it. I ended up dumping junkbuster because it hasn't been updated in a long ass time, and doesn't support HTTP1.1.
