Paul,

Disclaimer: The following is just one individual's personal opinion

I'd say I've always had good experiences with Sprint (now Rogers). On the
business side, I've found the service and technical staff to be proficient
and helpful. I've found sales to be responsive and proactive in getting the
right solution at the right price.

My experience with Bell is that they tend to do a good job, just not an
excellent job and they're a huge company and so not as agile as some
others. They only seem to have one speed. Telus is similar.

AT&T in all it's forms has failed to impress me.

This is just my opinion and it's from my personal experience having managed
IT at a call centre for several years. We were a substantial, not huge,
account with approximately 700k minutes per month and 10 T1/PRIs. That's
just to give you an idea of how they viewed us. Obviously, the don't roll
out the red carpet as much for smaller customers and they really do
backflips for bigger customers.

If you'd like, I can put you in touch with my sales rep at Rogers (Sprint).
Just send me an email off list.

Good Luck,
Dave
