Hi --

I am looking for someone who has gotten the above to work. The
company I work for wants to move the 800 # for its call-centre from a
Net2Phone + Avaya solution to a Primus Business Lines + Asterisk
solution. Then we want to port the toll-free # over to Primus.

I have just now put in an order to Digium for the following:

1 Asterisk G.729 Codec x 5
1 5 Hour Bundle of Tech Support
1 IVR50 (50 credits for thevoice.digium.com)
1 Configuration Packages
        Lines to Configure
        - 15 Phone Lines
        Basic Features
        - Three Way Calling
        - Call Transfer
        - Caller ID
        - Call Waiting
        - Call Forwarding
        - Voicemail
        Premium Features
        - Web voicemail
        - Call Recording
        - Call Queues
        - IVR

I have also ordered 5 Business Lines from Primus. I am lacking the
hardware to run Asterisk on, which I think will be a plain-vanilla
Linux box. I need someone to handle buying and configuring that for
me as well.

I am interested in finding a consultant to take charge of the project
from here who can propose a very agressive timeline (either the Avaya
switch or the Net2Phone piece is not working reliably and this is
killing us with our customers), as well as hearing from anyone who has
done something similar. I am located in Toronto.

Regards
Mark Henry
