That number is in Duluth Georgia which is about 20 miles NE of Atlanta.
DIDx.org doesn't have 770 numbers but they have 404-592 exchange
available which is Atlanta and it is a local call from 770-418 (
http://www.allie.att.com/nlq/virtual_rep.jsp ). The price is 2.99 for
setup, 2.99/month with 4000 inbound minutes included.
