Why not just use craigslist?
Thats where I go when I am looking for things. I would vote for keeping this as telecom-centric as possible, even as I admit that trying to define what this is isnt really possible. Cant say I have an opinion on the matter just yet, but some discussion on the manner might be useful, to get a sense of what people think, and thus form a set of guidelines. You need a server for VoIP, although preferably a rack mounted one and not this beast. Used VoIP equipment can go into the craiglist too, but I believe the intention is to give this community first dibs. I do agree that anything posted should have a VoIP relationship. More eyes will see them there. Also, this brings up an interesting question: should this biz list be for VoIP/Asterisk/Telecom/Emerging telephony stuff, or pretty much whatever people have to sell, or what?
