How many IP Phones can one router handle? We have tested Netgear in the past and found only 1 IP Phone can be on a router at any given time. It seems Netgear doesnt NAT very well and might explain why Vbuzzer isnt working. I have used Vbuzzer on a Netgear router with success last year so Ill guess your Vbuzzer doesnt work due to another SIP based phone being on the network already which can make and receive calls and is aready registered with port 5060. Having more than 1 SIP phone on the network isnt feasible on a Netgear router last I checked. We currently use Linksys routers in small business applications as they NAT the SIP ports nicely and can accommodate more phones on the network concurrently. Let me know how your testing goes and if Netgear has over come this hurtle.
