Hi Hugues,
We have seen Aastra phones (9133i) loose their settings after an extended power loss of 3 days on a trip to Asia. Upgrading the firmware helps with the echo issues. Latest firmware is 1.4.2 and can be found here, http://www.aastratelecom.com/cps/rde/xchg/SID-3D8CCB73-206B3B4A/03/hs.xsl/18190.htm. Just make sure to select the appropriate phone on the left hand side first. We do like to features and style, but have had a lot of problems with them loosing there settings after a power outage. Also their is a little bit of echo that I've never been able to get rid of. So my questions are: 1- Can the echo be eliminated ? 2- What is the best phone out there ? Thanks
