- System Troubleshooting
- Asterisk Maintenance
- Server Configuration
- Phone Configuration
- Call Routing
- Maintain front ends
- Troubleshooting routing plans in Asterisk
- Maintain Nagios Monitoring Environment
- Monitor/Respond to Issues
- TCP/IP Networking/Routing
Technical Skill Requirements
- Excellent Knowledge of Linux (CentOS/Debian/Redhat)
- Shell Scripting/PHP/MySQL
- Understanding of C/C++
- Compile apps from scratch, able to resolve dependencies
- Asterisk
- Installation Configuration
- Daily Operation
- SIP/IAX2 configuration
- DUNDI
- Sangoma T1/Analog Cards Install/Configure/Troubleshoot
- SIP Hardware, SIP Protocol
- WireShark/Ethereal or equivalent packet sniffer

- (Open)Sip Express Router
- Radius
- Load Balancing VoIP
- High Availability Computing
- QOS Monitoring
- C# (.Net or MONO)
