Well that is actually a loaded question.
The true answer is that apart from the ILECs (so in the case of Ontario -
Bell Canada) there are none. Bell Canada is the only true E911 provider in
Ontario (anyone else that has E911 access, like us for example) are buying
it from Bell. I'm not sure if any of the other CLECs are reselling the E911
service that they buy from Bell as a standalone product. I doubt it.
Northern 911 in Sudbury provides Basic 911 service for VoIP providers that
can be used to meet the CRTC requirements for VoIP providers in Canada
