I know this one is pretty far off the map but you can buy brand new phones with
callerid at walmart starting at $4.99

Try telephone depot

http://www.telephonedepot.ca/

They have been around for about 10 years now. I haven't done much business
with them, but whenever I have needed a cheap refurb Nortel/Aastra analogue
set they have done the job.

This stuff is pretty much disposable, though, so the warranty is going to be
pretty lean (for that kind of money, one can hardly expect different)

And BTW, Henry, you are fearless. Running a call-centre on cheap analogue
sets takes huevos!
