I'm not a Asterisk contractor, I only use it for my own businesses. But
I get some interesting requests.
Well, I have been asked to spec and source a solution for a large
company that has a small web based referral service. They are looking to
add a click to call feature to this service, but with a few twists and
data integration is needed.
Some quick facts:
- Client is big ( market cap over $1B)
- solution provider must be well established, multi person operation
( no one man shops please ), offer 24/7 support and possibly host the
solution.
- just under 4,000 referrals a day
- the bulk of the referrals happen over 18 hours in the day
- estimate average referral phone call will last 6 minutes
- 60-70% are in Ontario, the balance is the rest of Canada, US and UK.
