I should have also mentioned "AllStream" is another provider we want to stay
away from. We would like to deal with a smaller company that is easy to
get a hold of, professional, to the point, and transparent -- and with whom
we can build a relationship.

At the end of the day, we want to outsource any issues to the provider vs.
having to be on hold for hours with AllStream, or waiting for their call the
next business day and play phone tag.

We do not mind if the provider themselves are purchasing bulk services from
AllStream -- as long as they take responsibility of service interruptions,
by calling their account manager who has the ability to escalate to the
appropriate department for fixing.

Cheers!
Reza.
