Not sure where this would go...  and as this is not technically a
"Technical" discussion, but more of a recommendation at the business level,
I thought the Business List is more appropriate.

Anyhow...  We've been considering OTRS ticketing system.  The primary reason
for this is for "tech support" and to log how many incidents we had with a
client so we can bill appropriately.    As our client base is increasing in
VoIP based services, its become difficult to simply "email" them a
solution -- and the knowledge not being archived.

Would appreciate any feedback and/or suggestion/advise on other open source
ticket systems before we completely implement OTRS.
