Reza, you have the right words there. My call is also about the 
non-standardized prices that you mentioned in your email. Obviously the channel 
partners in USA get it a lot cheaper from Aastra than those in Canada. And of 
course this problem is part of a bigger delima which is true about every 
product sold in Canada but overall there is a huge difference with Aastra's 
products. ($249-$177)/$177 ==> 41% higher in Canada. I know that I have taken 
it to the extreme and used Froogle but it is what it is. Even with the low 
demands in Canada, prices for Aastra phones should be lowered. They are great 
phones with good qualities; it would be nice to see them with better price tags.
