-100Mbps connection but can live with 10Mbps at the beginning too. -Dedicated hosting or good price offer for co location. -Up time of 99.9% or better with SLA that can provide service right away. -Will need access to Meet me room in future; need access to all features available at 151 Front Street. -Will need custom install of OS either through Internet-KVM or walk-in. -Need TOTAL monthly price. -Might need access to PRI in future too; hence, preferring ITSPs offer. -Flexibility to access KVM-over-Internet or walk in access will be needed at emergency situations.
