Hey guys, I have a client who seems to have been abandoned by his BCM installer; they had the system put in about a year ago and today half the lines stopped wo= rking, they rebooted and now no lines are working. We are thinking the company went out of business, the client is located just outside Hamilton on the mountain. This is fairly urgent, so if anyone can help please send me an e-mail and let me know your experience with BCM and if you are available to take care of this ASAP as they are presently down with sales people eating cookies instead of making calls.
