Not sure if this quite meets your definition of retailer - but try having a
look at Frontierpc.com
I've dealt with them in the past and had them ship the items to me.
However, their website claims that they have some in their Toronto
warehouse, and that corporate customers can do a pickup from their
warehouse.
Might be worth talking to them.
