I have a customer of mine here in Montreal, who is looking for some help in the GTA. He will be purchasing upwards of 400 SIP Telematrix telephones for a hotel property that he is selling to. The support is required on call when we won't be able to troubleshoot remotely. During the installation, we will spend 4 hours with the technician (or manager) in order to visit the installation and review the technological aspect. After the installation, the technician will have to go on-site and follow our tech support instructions. Troubleshooting skills required are: - Cabling and patch panel - Switching and routing (equipment replacement and terminal connection) - Rebooting server or terminal connection - IP Phone (Telematrix) testing and replacement Service on-site must be available 24/7 within 3 h. but mostly from 8h - 22h during business days. Service on-site during business hours (8h-17h) within 1h.
