Instead of chasing it *after* it's been done, why don't you push harder for a more 
'open' system of rootservers - such as those which currently point to .world domains, 
etc...

That's not to say I'm in favour of any old John Doe with a box and a DSL connection to 
declare himself a rootserver for a TLD, but I'm all in favour of pulling 'control' 
away from the current (Netsol) rootservers and opening it up to allow other 
(qualified/proven capable) rootservers world-wide to participate cooperatively.

Sure, there would be some chaos at the beginning when everyone was fighting for 
control over 'desirable' TLD names but that's what free market economy is all about, 
isn't it?
