I have found a credit card processor here in the states that will setup
merchants outside the U.S. as long as they meet the following criteria:

1. They must have a U.S. mailing address. (This can be a P.O. Box.)
2. They must have a bank account in any bank located in one of the 50
states.

They can not do an online application. The paperwork will have to be sent to
them. Their rates, fees and set up cost is higher as well.

The rate is 3.25%, transaction fee is .30, monthly minimum is $25, monthly
volume cannot exceed $10,000 for Visa and MasterCard without special
approval and there is also a 5 day delay for ACH transfer of funds to their
account.

Does this sound feasible to you?
