Was browsing through google to check my ranking for domain registration.
Found a website web.com, who are now offering yourname.web.com ! I tried my
first name (just as I do with every new place -abhishek) and surprise
surprise - it has already been registered. Has this grown that popular ? It
is not free. It is costlier than a .com address :) They have priced at $28
per domain per annum. Quite funny.
It seems anybody and everybody who have a two character-three character
domain name will like to take a plunge into it :) Getting interesting. What
do you all guys think ?
Do you think they are running any root server or something like that ? or
simple redirection :)
