Why is anyone surprised by this? There are even companies offering (gasp!)
free domains, hoping to sell other services in the process.
Creative marketing rules, my friends. The real bottom line is . . . the
bottom line (however that is defined): Do they/you/we make money, or not,
whatever the strategy is.
