looking for a second nameserver.

Hi,
I am a reseller and i am about to host some of my domains on an ensim
virtual server.  Problem is, i am only provided with one nameserver.  I want
to be able to use ns1.69-e.org  and ns2.69-e.org.  Is their someone out
their that can host my 2nd nameserver (ns2.69-e.org) for a very nominal fee?
Just a reminder that it probably won't be used much, as it is a backup.
