we have around 5 payment gateways in India thru which we can do online
transactions for accepting indian credit cards.
the point you made that indian govt. has not yet allowed is 100%
correct but this gateways work in a different way.
we will be very soon launching our domain registrations using indian
payment gateway which not only accepts all indian visa & master credit
cards but also all international visa & master credit cards.
