Yes, http://www.equifaxsecure.com/ is the exact URL.
There is an extra step in the process to install the cert on the
server, which is there to ensure backwards compatibility with older
browsers, but other than that I've nothing but raves about them.
Their customer service and fast response times are reason enough to
use them without the price incentive.
