Hi Gabe,
To transfer a .ca domain from another .ca registrar to OpenSRS, please use the
following process:
a) Ensure that you have some method of charging your client that is NOT
dependant on standard OpenSRS client billing hooks, as this process takes place
'outside' of the system.
b) Send and email to support@opensrs IN THE FOLLOWING FORMAT:
Subject: .ca registrar name transfer for DOMAIN.CA (place the actual domain
name in-place of this)
Body
---------
Please transfer the name {DOMAIN.CA} from the current registrar to Tucows, under
the reseller profile {RPS_username}.
I understand that my Reseller account will be charged for one Canadian domain
year for this process.
