Otherwise, all footers, headers, text and form look and feel may be customized based on the affiliates design choices. Affiliate is free to submit code to reflect design choices. Offering Specifications � The DomainWizardry.Com Affiliate Profit Program is; o Free of charge o Non-exclusive o Non-binding o Cancelable at any time � All ordering pages may be branded with affiliates' content. o Additional fields for data collection may be added on demand (webhosting information, etc.) o Management interface may be branded with affiliates' content. � Affiliates' content is free to include its own advertising or marketing programs. � Defaults (such as name servers) may be 'pre-stuffed' into forms based on needs. � Domain Transfers are fully supported. � DomainWizardry.com will provide affiliate with sample code to include into the client's WWW site. � The code may be customized to maintain look and feel and other qualities of the hosting site. � Affiliate will be able to view all up to date domain lookups, and registrations via a secured web portal. � Affiliate will receive report of all registrations, with the subsequent payment every month, no later than 10 business days after the last business day of the previous month. � No registration information (or other information) will be submitted to third party marketing organizations, or any other destination for private information. o DomainWizardry.Com (or any of its partners, affiliates or employees) will not engage in any direct or indirect marketing campaigns with any current or existing affiliate clients. o Domain information will be available via the standard (and required) global-WHOIS interface. o Affiliate will own all customer data, including name registered, and customer address information. � DomainWizardry.com handles all payment collections, commission payments, and customer-support. o Affiliate has ultimate pricing control o In order to derive maximal returns, it is generally accepted that Affiliate will promote this offering throughout all of its existing and new marketing vehicles. � Additionally, Affiliate has the option to promote and operate its own affiliate marketing relationship, with recurring revenues, and all of the options listed above. Basic Services Offered Each name registered will have the following basic services offered. Affiliate has the option of removing these services if they conflict with current business or marketing initiatives. Any deviation from currently posted pricing for retail customers will require a change in the commission structure. Time to Implementation Implementation timelines are always subject to quality of information submitted for branding content. In most case, if information is supplied accurately, complete co-branded site is available for viewing within 1-5 hours, and live within the same timeframe. Additionally, simple changes such as template moves, name server changes, or even pricing changes can be implemented with minutes of receiving the request.
