That is what my hunch is also... I got the best price that I could for
the "Minimum". Let's face it, certificates don't sell like Domains do. ;)
I just wonder if he (Sergei) has dug himself a hole with a commitment and
now wants to use some of us to buy from him to help fill that commitment?
Dunno, I haven't heard back from him yet...
