I would just like to point out that about 2 years ago on Thanksgiving day, my email was hacked and a number of truly offensive messages were sent to this list, forged to be from me. I realize Michael has been removed from this list, but if he finally replies and tells Charles that he didn't send those messages, then I expect we should give him the benefit of doubt. It seems unlikely that a list member would suddenly start to send such messages.
