I use SSH for remote configuration. Never looked for a web interface... Try http://www.lifewithqmail.com for an excellent set of qmail documentation that might help. The djbdns "FAQ" at http://cr.yp.to/djbdns.html is more like a tutorial than an FAQ and will step you through configuration for that tool.
