I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a decent billing software for a small reseller that works well on Macs and is not too expensive, preferably that also lets you process credit cards directly from the software.
I used Optigold when I was an ISP but the pricing model is too stiff for my current business model. Quickbooks pretty much sucks but I'd use it if the Mac version wasn't seriously crippled. I wouldn't mind if it was all online; in fact that might be kind of nice.
Too bad Tucows didn't buy Optigold instead of Platypus, at least there would be a Mac option.
