I sent an e-mail to this list about UK hosting about 2 weeks ago. Thank you to all who answered, sorry I could not reply to all of you, but I got an overwhelming number of replies.
Now I am looking for managed server hosting in the US, preferably in the Eastern states. If you provide this service, please send me a quote off-list!
What I need is something like this:
P4 server (2.4GHz or bigger, HT preferred, but AMD is OK), pre-installed RedHat Linux (Fedora preferred, but RedHat 8/9 is OK), 1G DDR. Min. 1500G/month outbound traffic included in price. HDD does not really matter. We need remote reboot, or 24/7 support.
You must be OK with "soft" adult content. It is important to have options for upgrading the server and the bandwith (would be nice to have 10Mbit unmetered option).
Those who do not provide all the features we need please do not reply. Please send quote with config, bandwidth options, setup and monthly prices and/or URL.
We will need this server set up in January.
