Accounting Supervisor (Based in Jakarta near Blok M)

specialized in managing facilities associated services in Indonesia,
with clients comprises of oil & gas and mining companies. Past & present
clients include Total Fina Elf E&P Indonesia, Schlumberger, Komaritim,
Newmont Nusa Tenggara, Kaltim Prima Coal, Thiess Contractors, Fluor
Daniel Indonesia, Mc Dermott and many other prominent customers in the
Oil & Gas and mining sector both off-shore and on-shore operation. The
group benefits from a proven track-record as a local partner for
multinational facilities management company, providing services to over
13,000 people in over 50 remote locations. To strengthen the existing

Principal Accountabilities:
§ Administer, coordinate, undertake general accounting
activities aimed to ensure company's ability to prepare concise,
timely and accurate accounting and financial reports, either for
internal or external purpose. § Responsible to ensure the
delivery of accurate & high quality company's accounting & financial
analysis and commentary to facilitate decision making process aimed at
optimizing profitability and cash flow of the company.
.Specific Duties and Responsibilities.
* Review overhead cost budget versus overhead actual cost. Prepare
budget, forecast and actual analysis.
* Review all transaction journal entries and its supporting
documents. Review results of remote sites operation visits and propose
improvements. Review finance and accounting operating manuals.
* Review accruals account and reconciliation. Review prepaid account
and reconciliation. Review bank reconciliation.
* Review and post to GL petty cash transaction. Check invoices and
post to GL for overhead cost.
* Review and monitor bank transaction.
* Review accrual report. Review overhead report.
* Prepare and monitor external audit inquiry.
* Review and posting transaction for new contract.
* Review the existing documents of Accounting System and
administration activity.
* Improve Accounting System (mainly electronic accounting system).
* Control expenses for Contract Management Team.
Requirements / Key profile of successful candidates:
§ Indonesian, Male / Female, aged 28-35. Education: S-1
graduate in Accountancy.
§ 4- 5 years experience as Accounting Supervisor with
multinational / locally operating companies.
§ Strong financial & accounting technical skills, good level
of computer skills and knowledge.
§ Strong leadership & supervisory skills.
§ Fluency in English both oral and written is essential and a
definite requirement.
