To strengthen the existing management team, our client seeks to hire ambitious and career minded professional who enjoys taking-up new challenges and able to lead and perform in a dynamic and fast- changing environments to fill- up the vacant position: Senior Manager MIS/ EDP Division Head Currently With Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company" Principal Accountabilities: o Responsible for developing and implementing the organization's short and long term IT Strategy for an investment in technology infrastructure and application solutions in order to enhance the achievement of the organization's goals and financial objectives. o To provide direction in the management and operation of information systems and infrastructure, services and support functions. o Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of strategic IT plans and policies. o Establish and develop the organization structure and staffing required. o Maintain professional contacts with external research entities, equipment manufacturers, and professional organizations concerning existing and developing information technology. Requirements: § Indonesian, Male/ Female, 35 - 40, Bachelor's Degree (S-1) or Master degree (S-2) in Computer Engineering/Science, communication or IT related fields from reputable overseas / local universities. § At least 12- 15 years experience/ at least 5 (five) years at senior manager level MIS / EDP role preferably from pharmaceutical manufacturing company. § Currently is holding "MIS / EDP Division Head" with pharmaceutical manufacturing company position with a foreign multinational / joint venture / leading national pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Experienced in strategic planning and execution. Strong and deep exposures / knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. § High level knowledge of information technology computer systems and software, and the ability to manage the entire spectrum of information technology operations. § Experienced with implementation of information technology integration in a large division / established pharmaceutical manufacturing company. § Professional written and verbal communication in English is essential. § Knowledge of Mandarin is a definite advantage. § Experienced in data communication LAN, WAN (Leased line /VSAT), and IT security system. Good technical knowledge in database software and window operating system e.g. Linux, Windows 2000 and AIX.
