In order to maintain the industry leadership position in a highly competitive and dynamic global marketplace, our client is looking for talented professionals who are ambitious and enjoys working in a fast paced environment as: "Country Sales And Marketing Manager Chemicals And Raw Materials for Pharmaceutical Industry" Responsibilities & Principal Accountabilities: § Reporting to South East Asia Vice President Marketing in Bangkok, The Country Sales & Marketing Manager will have the overall responsibility for the achievement of the country's short and long term business objectives, increased profit and expanded market share by formulating and implementing the right sales & marketing strategy. § Manage the country sales and marketing division and provide clear direction based on the company's agreed vision and mission. § Own and manage a given monthly/ quarterly/ yearly company sales revenue and profit margin quota. § Increase our sales penetration for key customers. § Analyze and report actual performance versus forecast. Requirements & profile of successful candidates: § Indonesian, Male / Female, 38- 45. Educational Background: S -2 Master Degree (minimum S-1 degree) in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Management from reputable overseas / local university. § Deep multinational experience in selling chemicals and raw materials to the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Currently is holding National Sales and Marketing Manager position with reputable multinational company or regionally operating companies selling chemicals and raw materials to the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. § Over 12 (twelve) years hands-on selling experience with impressive track record of sales achievements to sell chemicals and raw materials to the pharmaceutical and dietary supplements manufacturing industry. § Developed and maintained extensive contacts & networking among Procurement Managers R & D Managers of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. § Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment. § Pragmatic, hands-on style, and ability to "think outside the box". § Self-motivated and achieve results through teamwork. § High level presentation and negotiation skills. § Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast paced and demanding environment. § Fluency in English both oral and written is essential and a necessary requirement.
