Good suggestion on Google docs.  I don't love their spreadsheet, but at the
very least I can use it to share a pdf file or something, that shows all the
betting.

Good point about when people get to see bets.  For the sake of fairness and
simplicity, we all place the bets blind, and get to see them together, at
the same time (basically, once all bets are in), with no changing
afterwards.  The second round is when you'll be able to try and take
advantage of how you expect people to bet, based on what they've done in the
first round.

I, as collector of bets, have a bit of an advantage in this regard.  I'm
happy to send someone my picks early just so people can feel comfortable I'm
not changing my betting based on what other people do.

Anyway, so far we have 7 people.  Who else?!?!
