As for trains, you can take the F train (Smith & 9th) or the R train (to 4th & 9th) then transfer to the B77. If the B77 is not there, then you can take the ikea shuttle ( I live 3 to 4 blocks from the Ikea. As for the B61, any train that is in Brooklyn heights, you can walk over to Atlantic street and Court st to catch the B61. Also the Ikea shuttle leave from Brooklyn heights too.
