Alex, I wholeheartedly recommend you try Dennis Fox. I've known him for 20 years and he's super killed and reasonably priced. He's at 917 825-4718. He's finishing a renovation on the Lower East Side soon I think - anyway, he'll be interested in hearing your time frame.
