A judge in Florida has ruled that a law banning saggy pants is  
unconstitutional. While it does look sloppy and it does imitate prison life (  
inmates are 
not allowed belts so their pants sag ) I don't think a law banning  it is 
needed. But I do wonder how many of these young men that let their pants  sag 
real 
low know that in prison that is a signal to other men that you are
