MANCHESTER, N.H. -- A new poll by the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College shows Sen. Barack Obama leading Sen. John McCain. When asked whom they plan to vote for on Nov. 4, 49 percent said Obama and 37 percent said McCain. Another 11 percent said they are undecided.
