In 2002, Saxby Chambliss won his Senate seat in the final days by putting my
picture next to Osama bin Laden and lying about me. It was despicable, but it
worked.
This year, we can't let Chambliss use the same vile tactics to defeat

Just like everywhere else, voters across the South are thirsting for real,
transformational change. The Democratic wave has already given proud Democrat
Kay Hagan a solid lead over incumbent Republican Elizabeth Dole in North
Carolina.
Polls show the filibusterer-in-chief, Republican Senate Leader Mitch McConnell
in the race of his life against Democrat Bruce Lunsford, and our candidate is
even within a single point in Mississippi. We've only got 11 days to close

All across this country people know that history is just days away. But let's

I've seen a lot of fights in my time, and I've got a pretty thick skin.
There's nothing the other side can throw at me that will make me stop fighting
for what we all believe in. And I know our Senate candidates won't back down
from even the worst slimes.
But the stakes are too high and time is too short to let these attack ads and
smear campaigns go unanswered. All the people thirsting for change are
